About Kasey Wiggam
Healing starts with feeling understood. At Rosemeade Counseling, I help teens, young adults, and women navigate anxiety, trauma, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, and life transitions, utilizing a warm, collaborative, evidence-based approach. Therapy services are available in-person on the north side of Indianapolis and virtually across Indiana, with an inclusive, affirming space for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC clients.
Recognizing the signsYou don’t have to carry it all.
The clients who reach out to me are often the ones who, on the surface, seem to be holding it together. On the inside, though, they're exhausted, overwhelmed, and wondering why everything feels so hard. You might see yourself here:
-
You're trying to keep it all together at work and in your relationships. But internally, you feel depleted and disconnected.
-
You've tried to "think" your way out of your symptoms, but you keep ending up in the same emotional place. Maybe lost in a thought spiral, or ignoring the feelings altogether.
-
You're going through a major life transition, maybe a relationship change, a new career, your quarter-life crisis, or graduation, and your usual coping strategies aren't working anymore.
-
A persistent inner voice tells you you're not good enough, smart enough, or doing enough. It fuels a cycle of self-doubt and makes it hard to celebrate your wins.
Rosemeade clientsSupporting clients during their most fragile moments.
Millennial Women
Whether you're carrying the weight of anxiety, navigating difficult relationships, working through past trauma, managing ADHD, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself. You deserve a space where you don't have to hold everything together alone.
Teens
Growing up can be overwhelming. Between school, friendships, family expectations, social media, and figuring out who you are, it's easy to feel anxious, stressed, or misunderstood. Therapy offers a supportive space to build coping skills, process emotions, and feel more like yourself.
Young Adults
Life doesn't come with a roadmap. Whether you're adjusting to college or a new career, navigating relationships, exploring your identity, or feeling stuck between who you were and who you're becoming, therapy can provide support, clarity, and confidence as you move forward.

faqsAm I ready for this?
You don’t need to be in crisis to belong here.
-
You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. If you've been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or like you're carrying more than you want to carry alone, that's enough reason to reach out.
-
You don't need a diagnosis or even the right words. Many people come to therapy simply knowing something doesn't feel quite right. We can figure it out together.
-
Not every therapist is the right fit. A different approach, a stronger connection, or simply being at a different place in your life can make therapy feel completely different.
-
The relationship between you and your therapist matters. If you have questions before scheduling, you're welcome to reach out. Finding the right fit is an important part of the process.
-
Research consistently shows that therapy can reduce symptoms, strengthen relationships, improve coping skills, and help you feel more like yourself again. Change takes time, but you don't have to do it alone.
