ROSEMEADE COUNSELING

Helping you understand yourself with compassion.

welcome

You don't have to have it all figured out.

Maybe you've tried therapy before, but you never felt like you got to the root of the problem.

Maybe you keep wondering why the same patterns keep showing up.

Maybe you're carrying stress and spiral thinking that never seems to shut off.

I’m here to help you find your way out of the unknown, to find the path to healing.

About Kasey Wiggam

Healing starts with feeling understood. At Rosemeade Counseling, I help teens, young adults, and women navigate anxiety, trauma, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, and life transitions through a warm, collaborative, evidence-based approach. Together, we'll uncover what's keeping you stuck while building lasting change. Therapy is available in person in Indianapolis and virtually across Indiana, in an affirming space for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC clients.

Recognizing the signs

You don’t have to carry it all.

The clients who reach out to me are often the ones everyone else thinks are doing just fine. On the inside, though, they're exhausted, overwhelmed, or wondering why everything suddenly feels so much harder. You might see yourself here:

Millennial Women

Whether you're carrying the weight of anxiety, navigating difficult relationships, healing from trauma, managing ADHD, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself. You deserve a space where you don't have to hold everything together alone.

Teens

Growing up can be overwhelming. Between school, friendships, family expectations, social media, and figuring out who you are, it's easy to feel anxious, stressed, or misunderstood. Therapy offers a supportive space to build coping skills, process emotions, and feel more like yourself.

Young Adults

Life doesn't come with a roadmap. Whether you're adjusting to college or a new career, navigating relationships, exploring your identity, or feeling stuck between who you were and who you're becoming, therapy can provide support, clarity, and confidence as you move forward.
