About Kasey
Hi! I'm Kasey Wiggam, the founder of Rosemeade Counseling and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I'm passionate about helping teens and adults navigate anxiety, trauma, ADHD, OCD, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth, blending evidence-based therapy with authenticity and a little humor. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, heal from what's holding you back, and create a life that feels more connected, meaningful, and authentically yours.
Why am I a therapist?
I’m a therapist because I live for empowering others to find their inner peace and finally reach a place where they can work through what's been holding them back. I feel so lucky to be able to show my clients unconditional, unbiased and non-judgmental support through the ups and downs of mental health.
It's very important to me that my clients are able to feel connected to the therapeutic process; I want you to feel like you are talking to a real person, who not only "gets" you, but who truly sees you. I’ll be right by your side as you do the hard and painful work, maybe (definitely) sharing some laughs along the way!

Approach
I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a space where they can feel truly seen, understood, and supported. There's nothing more rewarding to me than helping people better understand themselves, heal from what's been holding them back, and build a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
Therapy with me is collaborative, genuine, and free of judgment. I want you to feel like you're talking to a real person—not just a therapist behind a clipboard. I'll be right beside you through the hard conversations, celebrate the wins with you, and probably share a few laughs along the way.
Ready to schedule?
Start with an initial consultation to discuss your needs and see if we're the right fit.
Finding BalanceNot sure where to start?
That's perfectly okay.
You don't need to have the answers before you walk in the door. In fact, that's what I’m here for. The best way forward is to schedule a free 10-minute consultation.
I'll listen to what's going on and help you find the right path to healing, even if it isn't with me.
