You’ve done the hard part.

Deciding to reach out for help is often the hardest part. Everything that follows should be as simple and transparent as possible.

Focused on real-world results

Therapy is an investment of your time, energy, and resources. I believe in being fully transparent about the financial aspect so there are no surprises. Therapy services are offered in-person in Indianapolis, easily accessible from Carmel, Fishers, Broad Ripple, Downtown and other surrounding areas. Virtual appointments are available to residents across Indiana.

Standard Session

$150 / 45-50 minute session

A traditional therapy session tailored to your unique goals, helping you better understand yourself, navigate challenges, and create lasting change.

Brainspotting can be incorporated into standard sessions or intensives when clinically appropriate.

All new clients begin with a one-time 60-minute intake appointment for $170.

A longer session that allows for deeper processing, more in-depth exploration, and dedicated time for approaches like Brainspotting. Ideal for those wanting to make meaningful progress without feeling rushed. Brainspotting can be incorporated into intensives when clinically appropriate.

Supervision & Consultation

Grow into the clinician you want to be.

Whether you're working toward licensure or have been practicing for years, supervision and consultation provide space to think critically, strengthen your clinical skills, and feel supported in the work you do. My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in curiosity, not perfection. Together, we'll build confidence, navigate challenging cases, and help you grow into the clinician you want to be. Supervision and consultation services are available in a hybrid in-person/virtual model.

Private-pay & out-of-network services

Payment and insurance

Rosemeade Counseling is a private-pay, out-of-network practice, which means I do not bill insurance directly. This allows me to provide personalized care without the limitations, treatment restrictions, or documentation requirements often imposed by insurance companies.

If you have out-of-network benefits, I'm happy to provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Payment is due on the day of your appointment. I accept all major credit and debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, Venmo, and split payments through Stripe's secure payment system.

If you have questions about whether private pay is the right fit for you, I'd be happy to discuss your options during a complimentary consultation.

Benefits of private pay

Your privacy comes first.

Insurance companies often require a mental health diagnosis and access to treatment information before they'll reimburse services. With private pay, your care stays between you and your therapist whenever possible.

Therapy is guided by your needs—not insurance.

Together, we'll decide what approaches, session lengths, and treatment timeline make the most sense for you without worrying about insurance approvals or visit limits.

No unnecessary diagnoses.

Many people seek therapy because they're overwhelmed, navigating life transitions, or simply want additional support. Private pay allows us to focus on your concerns without assigning a diagnosis solely for insurance reimbursement.

Greater flexibility.

Because treatment decisions stay between us, we have the flexibility to adjust the frequency and length of sessions—including mini sessions, standard sessions, and intensive sessions—to best support your goals.

Reduced-rate options.

Life happens. If you're experiencing a temporary financial hardship, reduced-fee services may be available for a limited time. We'll discuss options together if the need arises.

Using your out-of-network benefits

Many insurance plans offer reimbursement for out-of-network therapy services.

Before your first appointment, I recommend contacting your insurance company to learn more about your specific benefits. You can usually find this information through your insurance portal or by calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card.

Rosemeade Counseling does not communicate directly with insurance companies regarding reimbursement. Instead, you'll receive a monthly superbill upon request that can be submitted to your insurance provider.
